Event Contract

This contract is an agreement for the services of Rachel Soto and Ming Schipper along with their associates.

This includes:

1        Free one hour consultation.

2        Trial run for hair and makeup for the wedding day is $100, with 20% of that applicable towards the day of the event.

3        Hair & makeup for the bride is $400; hair or makeup only, $225.

4        Bridal party hair & makeup is $250; hair or makeup only, $150.

5        Hair design for flower girls under 10 years of age is $50.

6        Mother and/or grandmother hair or makeup, depending on length of hair, starts at $100.

7        Packages available with discounts.

8        Minimum of three required for stylist to travel to the event.

9        No travel fee for hair & makeup art done in salon; outside-of-salon fee is $100 per hour of travel time.

10    A retainer fee of 1/3 of the total quoted price is required to contract our services and hold the date, and is non-refundable upon cancellation of hair or makeup services for any reason. However, this retainer may be re-applied in the event of a rescheduling of the event date, subject to availability.

11    If you need to cancel your event, cancellation of our services must be a minimum of 14 days before the contracted date of event, or the full contract price must still be paid. We require 48 hours advance notice for change of appointment.

12    All fees are payable by check, cash or money orders only.

13    Each stylist is to be paid individually on the day of the event.

Unless otherwise stated by the stylist, for either in salon or onsite work, please have clean, dry hair. If blow drying or makeup removal is needed, additional charges may apply. Any hairpieces (wigs, wefts, chignons, falls, etc.) used, must be purchased by the client unless otherwise stated by the stylist. If you are getting a trial run for makeup only, please arrive with no makeup on. If you have any allergies, please let us know in advance so that we may accommodate you.
